Rates & Policies
- • 3 Bedroom Cottage is $599 US per night, 3 night minimum or $4100 US per week (max 6 people).
- • 2 Bedroom Cottage is $499 US per night, 3 night minimum or $3400 US per week (max 4 people ).
- • 1 Bedroom cottages are $399US per night, 3 night minimum or $2700 US per week (max 2 people).
- • We do not rent rooms, only complete self-contained beach cottages / houses are rented.
- • No meals are included with rental, Uncle Roddys Restaurant is on the property
- • We are closed from August 1st to November 1st.
- • 50% deposit to hold your reservation, balance payable 14 days prior to your arrival.
- • Payments payable by wire transfer, E-mail bank transfer, money order and paypal.
- • Cancelation policy: Bookings cancelled earlier than 30 days prior to arrival will attract a 25% cancellation penalty. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation penalty of 50%. The full cost of the booking will be charged for cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows, early departures or Non Refundable Bookings.

• Barbuda Cottages reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time, if there is any discrepancy regarding booking or payment terms.
- • We know you don’t want to leave any family members behind, but animals and pets are not allowed in Barbuda Cottages rooms.

• The Resort, its directors, management, staff and insurers shall absolutely NOT be liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from exposure to Covid-19 or any other insect borne, tropical illness.
